| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The purpose of this study was to examine administrative models used in educational technology for Private General Education Schools in Bangkok Metropolis, using a Systematic Approach. The sample groups employed in this study were 357 administrators, 357 teachers providing techmical services, and 357 teachers receiving such services, all working in Prevate General Education Schools, totalling 1,071 persons. The research procedure was divided into two steps. Firstly, the researcher studied vaiious relevant documents, theories, principles and models of educational technology. Then the researcher conducted a survey of the needs of both providers and receivers of services. The raw data from this survey were analysed and then syntesized in order to draft a model for educational tehnology administration. Secondly, this model was Thoroughly examined by 18 experts in educational technology, using the Delphi technique. The findings could be summarized under four headinge. 1. The aims of educational technology services were to provide, produce and use of educational media in accordance with insructional activities to develop their idea on production of teaching materials teaching techniques to develop learninb resources and information centres. 2. The extent of educational technology services covereding superivsing, monitoring and education, as well as rendering services in educational technology, such as arranging Keetings, training and seminars on educational innovation and technology developing efficient information systems medio and teaching techniques to efficient levels. 3. Techniques in providing educational technology services included making inventories of educational materials, preparing item cards, establishing a filing system, storing and maintaining materials, in good order, keeping recoreds on services requested, evaluating and reporting fulfilment of function of services. 4. The educational technology administration system should have a clear policy, procedures and means of providing services, in both the short and long term an adequate budget as well as audio-visual facilities in-service training of teachers should be arranged, as well as the dissemination of information on academic aspects and activities in educational technology. Moreover, the use of media should be enhanced. Educational technology systems within private schools should be brought up to date and in line with advancss in this field. |
