The purposes of this research were to study the operation and suggestions on the management of preschool children training centers in Buddhist temples in Changwat Nonthaburi in the areas of building and environment, personnel, Budgeting and service, nutrition and health, activities, community relation and evaluation. The sample consisted of 16 center officials and 102 parents of children attended in the centers. The instrument using for data collection is an observation record an interview form, them data analysis was made by freguency, percentage, mean and standard-deviation. The results were as follows: 1. In general, the building and environment of Preschool children training centers in Buddhist temple in Changwat Nonthaburi were suitable, savety, and adequate for children. Personnel were capable to implement the program, but not enough in budgetting and service in which the center officials had to arranged both of them. An adequate supported for nutrition and health including drink water. Also appropriated activities for young children. The children were good mediator for the relationship between center and the community, and a correct methods of evaluation have been used. 2. Inconclusion, the management of the program on preschool children training centers in Buddhist temple in Changwat Nonthaburi was considered in good level especially in personnel which have good characteristic knowledge ability, capability and good model for children. 3. The suggestions in managing the preschool children training centers in Buddhist temples in Changwat Nonthaburi were : building for children should be separated, and set in good environment center official should be adequately provided, budget should be increased, separate personnel for preparing food for children were recommended. Center official skill should be increased. Informations as newsletters should be distributed to the parents and community in order that people will know the center movement. Center official training on evaluation was also suggested for correct assessment.
