บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย :

The purpose of this research was to compare the nursing students learning achievement in Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) on pace learning and organizers. Ninety students were randomly selected among the third year students of Gueagarun Nursing College, Bangkok. They were divided into two large groups : One Learner control groups and one program control groups. The students in both groups were randomly assigned to two advance oganizer groups, two concurrent organizer groups and two post organizers groups, equally (15 students each). The post-test were given immediately after completing the lesson. The collected data were subsequently analyzed by the use of a mean, standard deviation and two-way analysis of variance. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. Students who learned the learner control CAI lesson had statistically higher learning achievement than students who learned the program control CAI lesson at .05 level of significance. 2. There were no statistical difference in learning achievement among the advance organizer groups, concurrent organizer groups and post organizer groups of nursing students. 3. There were no statistical interactions among the types of pacing and the organizers. 4. Observing the nursing students behavior, they were interested in learning the CAI Lessons, followed the instruction and controlled themselves as well. They also expressed their positive attitudes toward the CAI lessons.
