The purpose of this study was to compare the learning achievement of the Creating File in Dbase III Plus subject through Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) by using two types of drill and practice : between lesson and the end of lesson. One campus drawn by simple random sampling from 18 campuses in Rajamangala Institute Technology. The lessons in that campus who participated in the study were the students in the first year of Bachelor Program level and in the first year of Diploma in Vocational Education program level. The lessons were randomly selected equally, 15 of each group. Two groups were mixed. Then, the lessons were divided ito two groups, 15 of each by drawing. The lesson in group 1 learned the CAI lesson with drill and practice between lesson and Group 2 learned the CAI lesson with drill and practice at the end of lesson. After finishing the CAI lessons, the lessons took a post-test. The data from the post-test were analyzed by using t-test independent The result of the study indicated that there was significant difference between the students who learn CAI lesson with drill and practice between lesson and the student who learn CAI lesson with drill and practice at the end of lesson at .05.
