The purpose of this research was to construct and experiment the use of a Supplementary Cartoon Book an "Wildlife Conservation" for Pratom Sixth Students. It was expected that the book would enhance changes in terms of students knowledge on "Wildlife Conservation", and that the students would be satisfied with the Cartoon Book on the picture format, the layout, the content and style of language. The research design consisted of the study of related documents, the construction of the Supplementary Cartoon Book, the pre test and post test of the book and the use of t-test for the overall evaluation of change between the thirty - fives stydents in the experimental group and the thirty-five students in the control group. The construct of supplementary cartoon book contained 105 black and white panels and the content was about knowledge on wildlife conservation. The result shows that the students who were exposed to the Cartoon Book gained more knowledge of wildlife conservation than ever before, and the experimental group had gained higher knowledge than the control group with the statistical significance at 0.01 level. the content and style of language showed high statisfication in the students as expected. So that the cartoon book should be succeed in teaching and learing about wildlife Conservation.
