The purpose of the study is to obtain the relationship attitudinal behavior, subjective norms and socio-demographic factors, and behavioral intentions of the male nurse students in nursing profession The theory of reasoned action of Fishbein and Ajzen was used as a conceptual framwork for the study. The population consisted of all male nurse students of nine nursing collages in the Ministry of Public Health (Nakornraisrima, Subphasitthiprasong, Ubolraithanee, Swanparcharuk nakornsawan, Uttaradit, Lampang, Payoa, Songkhla, Narathiwas and Phrapuddabath Nursing College) The instrument employed was a set of questionnaire constructed by the author applied from the conceptual framework of Fishbein and Ajzen The data were analyzed as percentage, analysis of variance, multiple classification analysis and multiple regression analysis The level of significance used is 0.05 The findings are summarized as follows : 1. The attitudinal behavior and subjective norms in nursing profession has relationship with the intention of male nurse students. 2. The attitude behavior has more influencence on intention in nursing profession of male nurse students than subjective morms. 3. The population with the different occupations of mothers has different intention in nursing profession. 4. The other variable attitude no role on the intention of the male nurse students. 5. The population with the different inhibition of aggression and feminine occupational identification has different intention in nursing profession. The result of the study suggested that the intention to enter the nursing profession of male nurse students should be considered along with general economic, professional status and education system factors.
