The purpose of this study is to investigate the sexual response change of women who use the modern contraceptive methods (pill, condom, injectable, IUD, sterilization, and vasectomy) which this study is both control and not control these following variables

age, occupation, health status, health status of husbands and the period of contraceptive use. The secondary data were obtained from the study on "The Determinant and consequence of contraceptive use patterns in Thailand" conducted by the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University in 1987. The samples included 3,452 married women ages 15-49 years old, using a medern contraceptive method. Data was analized using precentage. In this study sexual response of women is devided into 3 parts

sexual desire, frequency of intercourse and sexual satisfaction. For sexual desire, it is found that the majority of women which use contraceptive do not change it. The minoity of women change sexual desire which the trend is decreasing more than increasing. Moreover, vasectomy and IUD effect on the changing of sexual desire less than other contraceptive method but injectable, pill and sterilization effect on sexual desire change of women into decreasing. The result of frequency of intercourse change like sexual desire change but condom effect of changing in frequency of intercourse less than other contraceptive mothod while injectable effects on changing in frequency of intercourse into decreasing. The last, finding in sexual satisfaction like other parts but the trend of the minority of women who change sexual satisfaction is decreasing equal increasing. In addition, sterilization and injectable effect on sexual satisfaction change of women into decreasing but condom, IUD and vasectomy effect on this change into increasing. Although this study discover that the trend of vasectomy effect on change in female response less than other contraceptive method but sterilization which is the same permanent contraceptive method as vasectomy is discovered that the trend effect on change in female sexual response into decreasing more than other contraceptive method. However, factors which we should take to consider are age and age of marriage of women which use sterilization too. Besides, the trend of one of homone contraceptive

injectable effect on change in female sexual response into decrasing more than other contraceptive method but pill effect on change in female sexual response less than other contraceptive method. In addition, condom is discovered than the thrend effect on sexula satisfaction into increasing more than other contraceptive method.
