A cross sectional survery was conducted in Soongnern district, Nakornrajsima province in order to find out the impact of drug cooperative activities on knowledge, attitude and behavior of villagers in self medication treatment. The preliminary results indicated that there is a relationship between level of drug cooperative activities and level of knowledge, attitude and behavior of villagers in self-medication treatment. Active level provides more knowkedge, attitude and behavior, The relationchip between knowledge & attitude, knowledge & behavior, and attitude & behavior are appeared only knowledge & behavior in moderately active and inactive level of drug cooperative activities. As irrational and harmful self medcation treatments are still persistent, it is recommended that a drug cooperative program should be promoted in terms of "Rational drug use compaign" to support correct self medication treatment and against irrational and hezardous drug use in the community.
