The purpose of this study were to investigate th relationship between hope and adaptationin malignant of lymphohemopoietic patients regarding to sex, age, educational level, marital status, religion, occupation, economic status and duration of disease. The sample was composed of 80 patients, 38 females and 423 males, who attended in hematological unit at Ramathibodi Hospital, Pramongkutklao Hospital and Rajvithi Hospital. The questionnaires included the demographic data, hope scale and adaptation scale. Data were analysed by means, standard deviation, pearson product moment correlation coefficient and one way analysis of variance to test three hypothesis. The results revealed that there was a positive significant correlation between hope and adaptation at the .05 level (r = .3647) There were no statistically significant differences of hope among groups different in sex, age, educational level, marital status, occupation, economic status and duration of disease at the .05 level. There were no statistically significant differences of adaptation among groups different in sex, age, eductional leve marital status, occupation, economic status and duration of disease at the .05 level.
