The purposes of this study were : 1) to construct of a Table-Top Pop-Up Cartoon for practicing English speaking skills for Mathayomsuksa I at Strivittaya 2 School

2) to investigate the efficiency of the Table-Top Pop-Up Cartoon

3) to compare the learning achievement of the students by using the Table-Top Pop-Up Cartoon approach with the traditional approach

and, 4) to study the opinion of students about the Table-Top Pop-Up Cartoon. The sample group was consisted of 52 students and was divided into two equal experimental groups. One group was assigned to the Table-Top Pop-Up Cartoon approach and the other was assigned to the traditional approach. Questionnaires regarding the efficiency of the Table-Top Pop-Up Cartoon were administered to experts, English teachers and Mathayomsuksa I students. The results of this study showed that experts and English teachers in Mathayomsuksa I evaluated the efficiency of Table-Top Pop-Up Cartoon at fair level. The students opinion about the Table-Top Pop-Up Cartoon was at the excellent level. The learning achievement of the students in the Table-Top Pop-Up Cartoon group was better than of those in the traditional group at .01 level.
