| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Scaling the wide-range data in neural network training causes loss of information and resolution. This paper presents an efficient alternative method to resolve this problem. Without the data-scaling requirement for training, the Fuzzy Linguistic Model canbe implemented as a universal approximator instead of the Neural Network Model. Furthermore, the cost function of the minimization for the learning rule is defined as the sum-squared relative error. This proposed definition of the cost function yields a 'weighting' factor to amplify the sensitivity of the small data, which is unintentionally ignored due to their magnitude. Mapping non-linear relations of the thermodynamic properties are used as a realistic scaling problem of the wide-range data. |
