The purpose of this research was to study thestate, problems and needs in the instructionalmanagement of environmental education according to theopinions of the administrators and instructors inteacher education institutions under the Jurisdictionof the Ministry of the University Affairs. The samplewas composed of eleven administrators and fifty-oneteachers. The constructed questionnaires were sent bymail then the data were analyzed by means ofpercentages, means and standard deviation. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. The administration of the instructionalmanagement of environmental education 1.1 the recruitment of experiences wasconsidered from educational background andenvironmental education experiences. Most of thebudgets were received own institutions. The place andthe learning-teaching media were suitable andsufficient. The objective test and subjective test wereapplied for measurement and evaluation. 1.2 There were lacks of instructors inteaching environmental education. The planning inenvironmental education teaching was not covered to theobjectives and University policies. 1.3 The Sufficient and knowledgeableinstructors were needed. 2. The instruction of environmental education 2.1 The environmental education content wascorresponding to the objectives of learning lecturingand discussing were the most popularly used. News andreport were bought to used as media. Subjective testand objective test were also found in evaluationmeasurement. 2.2 The problems in the instructionalmanagement of environmental education were the problemsof media efficiency. Insufficient media and the form ofmeasurement and evaluation. 2.3 The needs of the teachers in theinstructional management of environmental educationwere appropriate and up to date content providing forthe students, environmental education laboratory roomsand environmental education concerning attitudespractices and behavioral observation.
