| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The object of this research is to study attitudeof employee on solution housing problem due torelocation of headquarters and also solution to solveproblem. The consideration to select housing and thelocation need of employee due to relocation ofheadquarters. This case has been studied from 2,000employee of Thai Farmers Bank and Bank of Ayudhya. The result of study has been found that therelocation of headquarters, Thai Farmers Bank from theold location at Phahon Yothin Road to the new locationat Ratburana Road and Bank of Ayudhya from PleonchitRoad to the new location at Rama 3 Road, theirlocations from inner area to middle area of Bangkokthat result to the way life of employee of these twobanks concerning relaxation and time for family andmeeting friends, transportation expenses, buying foodat work or to cook at home Transportation to work andback home is not found difficulty because the trafficat new locations are less difficulty. There are some ofthem purpose of moving to new house, 29.7% for ThaiFarmers Bank and 20.70% for Bank of Ayudhya for thereason to live near office. Most of them are singlewhich are more than employee who are married and older. Housing need due to relocation of headquartershas been found that employee who want to rent prefer torent apartment at rate of 2,000-5,000 bath per month.For employee who want to buy, Thai Farmers Bankemployee prefer to buy single house and Bank of Ayudhyaemployee prefer to buy town house. The object forconsideration is depend firstly on price and secondlyon location near to office and good surrounding oflocation for the price in need at 800,000-1,500,000baht by installments of money. Most of them need theloan at interest rate of 4 - 6%. . The area in need isin Ratburana district and Yannawa district. Employeewho want to move housing are ordinary employee morethan executive. Suggestion due to relocation theheadquarters, there should be consideration to helpemployee as much as the bank can to let them afford topay such as being center for renting near office andoffer loan for buying house in form of welfare at lowinterest rate. |
