This is a qualitative learning from documents compose of the interview and the committing for listen to the opinions and the suggestions from the person concerning to Local Administration. A resulted of this research that the content of the regulation about the preservation and prevention of the public land, the appointment of the prevention and mitigation of disaster management assistant, the office travel duty of Local Administration personnel and the official letter about the management local government game, the provision of computer including to the school in Local Administration conflict with the intention of decentralization and liberty principle of self-government's Local Administration. These is cause of the effect to the authority and the function of Local Administration of management and responsibility for citizen in area. The government should repeal or revise The legislation, the regulation or the official letter certainly and appropriately for the benefit of the administration of local management.
