The purposes of this research study were*1)*to develop*and find out the efficiency lessons using the blended web base instruction within the school curriculum for environment reservation titling Ecology of Bandon Bay. 2) to find out a degree of students’ learning achievements and their attitudes towards lessons using the blended web base instruction within the school curriculum for environment reservation titling Ecology of Bandon Bay. The samples of this study were 40 people selected from the secondary school level 4 form the fifth municipal school who biology registration. The experimental result could be concluded that the propose web base instruction with the blended learning extra curriculum for environment reservation on the ecology of Bandon had effectiveness at 82.80/80.39 which was higher than the predefined criterion as 80.00/80.00. The Students achievements after learning with the web base instruction with the blended learning extra curriculum for environment reservation on the ecology of Bandon was higher than before learning at significant level .05. According to the students’ attitude results, it showed positive attitudes and in a high level in terms of knowledge of Ecology of Bandon Bay which their attitudes were in the same direction. In addition, students’ attitudes relating to problems and impacts on Ecology of Bandon Bay were in the positively agreement and in a high level which their attitudes were in the same direction. Students also agreed for the participation in reserving Ecology of Bandon Bay and their attitudes were positive and in high level which their attitudes were in the same direction. Students have senses and comments,*that show negative attitudes not agree with the problems and the impacts on ecology of Bandon bay which their attitudes were in the same direction.
