The purpose of the study were to development agricultural management system for increased product and generated from agricultural productivity and handicraft’s community and self-sufficiency from tradition and culture. The development coordinated between associate in area for community empowerment sustainable in outside Pai district, Mae Hong Son province. The development for increased productivity of rice enough to eat all over year by planting rice terrace technique at Ban Pang Pag. It was aimed demonstration plot at Ban Pang Pag school by coorperation between student of Ban Pang Pag framers and their young students in the school with academic from Mae Hong Son Rice Research Center. Then the result was extended to farmer field, it found that framer agree with rice variety and method to planting rice terrace because of higher yield than upland rice. The development of seed rice production system at Ban Mae Na and Ban Pam Bog by included with academic from Mae Hong Son Rice Research Center was found that framer agree and can used technology of seed rice production for treat rice HMON HOM and HOM SA KOL varieties for foundation seed production. The development technology of wheat production and on seed production system at Ban Veing Nour by academic advise from Mae Hong Son Rice Research Center. It found that framers can select pure Fang 60 wheat variety as foundation seed production and follow by academic seed storage advise. This result was increased percentage of seed germination about 85-90% and low costs from chemical fertilizer about 20%. The development pattern of safe vegetable crop production system and organic fertilizer products at Ban Mae Na Teng, the training program was set to observe how to produce crop for free chemical, marketing and improvement soil fertile at Chiang Mai University. The demonstration safe vegetable crops were set at farmer field. It found that their co-working grew up slowly because they had no Pai marketing problem. For the production development from soybean value added of Pai housewife group, the equipment to produce soy bean soup product was invented. It can make good-looking soy bean soup products as commercial. After product contribution, Pai housewife group has now registered petty patent of soy bean soup formular product.
