| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | In this work we investigate six spaces of culture in Southern Esan. As a result of work it was found out, that in an economic life exists three forms of integration of a facilities: an exchange , redistribution and reciprocity. At each stage of development of an economic life of the population in a local generality there is a zone of informal economy providing ability to live of the person and is the social reproached action. The reason of the given phenomenon is low labour productivity existing due to the nature and depending from a season, that, in turn, generates lack of products. Therefore, the organization of mutual aid has arisen from necessity of maintenance of a survival and represents interchanges (including monetary). In this respect the substantive economy appears as moral economy where cost accountings are supported with normative expectations and not formalized representations about the social responsibility and infringement of these steady expectations is capable to win sharp social conflicts. For development of the markets of distant trade and the local transformed markets of the most various blessings, including articles of prime necessity, services should be satisfied three conditions: commercialization of societies, occurrence of new means of manufactures and presence of strong central authority which could create the markets of factors of manufacture. Therefore, such form of economic action as redistribution plays very important role in registration of the further development of the property rights, as bases of market attitudes. Distribution of attitudes of sale and purchase on factors of manufacture leads to negative consequences for a local generality, first of all welfare. Introduction in market a turn of natural resources, generates, being expressed by a modern economic slang, tragedy of the communal grounds and riches of the nature.As a result the market economy on extents 60th years plays the subordinate, an auxiliary role. The form of a market economy assumes a regular exchange with set of sellers and buyers, a various set of the exchanged blessings, use of the standard measure of cost, obvious money prices, transactions, and also precisely specified and reliably protected property rights. However the free exchange is unable to self-reproduction, it should lean on institutes, rules, customs and habits.Development of commoditymoney attitudes does not give a freedom of commerce as functioning of the state does not realize a basis of an infrastructure of the market: redistribution of resources and incomes with a view of manufacture of the private blessings and the statement of formal rules within the limits of which economic activities are carried out. As a result, often local the generality are not capable to go to the market, being in a zone of informal economy which acts as the basic source of economic growth of business. Therefore registration of institute of the market now considers the given circumstance. Network communications have the different maintenance, first of all, promoting the organization and carrying out of interests of subjects of managing, and also ability to induce other agents to cooperation. Under such circumstances local a generality receive authority above resources and free development constructed on collective interests and observance of the democratic rights where value is the collective blessing. |
