| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The paper stresses the importance of training and education to the development and application of knowledge on the coastal marine environment and its resources. Present status of human resources training in India is discussed and changes in the marine science curriculum are suggested with reference to recent technological advances. Major areas of future concern which need attention have been identified and training strategies recommended. |
