| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The export of rich ores of iron and manganese was the main business when Goa joined the Indian Union in December 1961. However, after freedom, the tourism industry dominated in the economics of the Goa. Goa tourism generates 13.7% of the states net domestic product, 7% of employment and 7% of state tax revenues. Most of the tourism in Goa is concentrational tourists visit Goa. Goa capitalizes on its unique historical, cultural heritage, beaches and sunshine. It proves heterogeneous tourism development with upscale and inexpensive charter tourism to international and domestic audiences. This paper highlights the environmental impacts, social issues and conflicts, institutional responses and implications of tourism on the coastal marine environment of Goa |
