| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The research was conducted to ascertain the proportion of patients developing Contrast Induced Nephropathy (CIN) or acute renal tailure post coronary anglogram, ana t0 assess Ille e1'ficacy ot an anuoXldam, oral Nacetylcysteine in prevention of this event. Contrast induced nephropathy is not uncommon and may cause siglitfrcant moibrdl\y and occas1onaUy monalrfy. I he study snowed the rate ol CIN was 15 percent. I hrs randomized placebo controlled trial also showed N-acetylcysteine associated with improvement in renal function alter coronary anglogram but not statistical!Y srgnmcam compared to p\aceoo. I ne premctOr of me occurrence of contrast induced nephropathy is the contrast volume used during procedure. This study provides evidence for sately pi'Cifile of N·acefylcysterne for rts use m advanced Chrome kidney disease where the sfudies are tacking. |
