This study aimed at comparing the internet banking service usage between Government Savings Bank and Kasikorn Bank in Mueang District, Chiang Mai province. The framework of this study was derived from three main theories which were the Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and task-technology fit (TTF). There were 760 samples in this study. Results found that Kasikorn Bank had higher total average of acceptance level for internet banking technology usage than the Government Savings Bank in all 7 aspects: social influence, influences towards acceptance and usability, attitudes relating to the usage, suitability between work and technology, differences of technology system, expectation towards efficiency, and triple lock security system. 24542752181860จ 020000จIn terms of recommendations for this study, Government Savings Bank should develop its internet banking services system by giving importance to the following aspects: provide more stable technology system, improve the system with various abilities for use, and build the bank image to be modern in terms of information technology usage. For Kasikorn Bank, it should continue keeping the standard level of quality on internet banking services. Internet banking services should also be expanded to support more modern technology.
