| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Article 51A (h) of the Indian Constitution reads as follows, (citizens have a duty) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform. This item under basic duties is of great importance to those popularising science, since they too are trying to develop scientific temper spirit of inquiry and reform. Central Government institutes like NCSTC, NISSAT, NISCOM, Centre for Environment Education etc. and publications like Science Reporter, Down to Earth, Resonance, Vigyan Pragati and many news papers are trying to popularize science in India |
