The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop the instructional package on basic ICT vocabulary for Prathomsuksa 6 students with the criterion of efficiency at 80/80 ; 2) to compare the students’ learning achievement before and after learning through the instructional package on basic ICT vocabulary; and 3) to investigate the students’ satisfaction towards the instructional package on basic ICT vocabulary. The samples of this study were 15 Prathomsuksa 6 students at Ban Noen Sa-ard School under Phetchabun Primary Education Service Area Office 1 in the second semester of the academic year 2014 selected by purposive sampling method. The research instruments consisted of: 1) the instructional package on basic ICT vocabulary; 2) a learning achievement test with 15 items in a matching format; and 3) a 10 - item of 5- rating scale satisfaction questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by using the t - test (Dependent Sample). The findings were as follows: 1. The efficiency of the instructional package on basic ICT vocabulary for Prathomsuksa 6 students was at 81.19/80.44 2. After learning through the instructional package, the students’ learning achievement was significantly higher at the .05 level. 3. The students’ satisfaction towards the instructional package on basic ICT vocabulary was at a high level.
