| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The concept of bullying (or been termed as "mobbing" ) has been introduced by Heinemann (1972) to describe a definite type of aggression among high school students in Scandinavia. The concept was later . adopted to signify a specific type of negative behavior among adults in the workplace. In an organization, the concept of workplace bullying might been perceived differently by different people that is an employer and an employee.The concept of bullying in workplace may takes many form of ill tactics like verbal, nonverbal, psychological, physical abuse and humiliation. In few developed countries there is an anti-bullying law implemented however in Malaysia, there is still no specific of anti-bullying law. |
