| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Effective implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices in organizations as key source of competitive advantage have been shown to have a positive relationship to firm performance. (Chew, K.H & Basu, 2005; HRM's importance as a competitive advantage had been long embraced by companies in the West, however in many countries in Southeast Asia including Malaysia, it has yet to be appreciated (Othman and Teh, 2008). |
