| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk menentukan aktiviti antioksidan dan antiproliferatif daripada ekstrak debunga lebah kelulut spesis L. terminata. Aktiviti antioksidan ditentukan menggunakan 2,2-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), dan Folin-Ciocalteu telah digunakan untuk menguji jumlah kandungan fenolik dalam ekstrak debunga lebah. The aims of this study were to determine the antioxidant and antiproliferative activity of the bee pollen extract from stingless bee L. terminata. Antioxidant activity was determined using 2,2-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), and Folin-Ciocalteu assays was used to test the total phenolic content in the bee pollen extract, the 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium (MTT) assay was used to determine antiproliferative. |
