| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Lead zirconate titanate ceramics (PZT) were prepared from chemical solution in order to obtain very fine-grained and evenly mixed PZT. B2O3-Bi2O3-CdO powder was added to the dried PZT powder and sintered in a lead atmosphere. Manganese dioxide was used for doping. The results showed that with a low-melting frit, the sintering temperature could be brought down from about 1250 to 800 degrees C. The planar coupling coefficient (Kp), loss angle (tan delta ) and other properties were measured. X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, thermal analysis and other techniques were employed to analyse the PZT products. |
