บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย	:	The recent Supreme Court decision of DHG v Queensland [2013] QSC 89 raises the interesting question of whether a regulator can "publish" the details of an offender where no conviction with respect to the offence was ordered. Boddice J held that the publication of the details of the offender on the website of the regulator breached s 12(3) of the Penalties and Sentences Act 1992 (Qld)
