| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Because of growth in the number of international students, together with the continuing competitiveness of the cross-border market, issues of national regulation have become increasingly important for both commercial and policy reasons. In recent years several export nations have revisited their handling of matters of pastoral care. The research reported in this paper is part of a larger study of the social and economic security of international student in Australia and in New Zealand. The paper specifically examines the effectiveness of the Code and Appeal Authority from the perspective of international students in New Zealand. The data derives from in-depth interviews with 70 international students enrolled at two New Zealand universities. |
