| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | This report introduces the Bowen Basin Regional Housing (BBRH) model which, while still in preliminary development stage and presented with stated limitations, offers potential forecasting capability for housing demand within regional locations. The report includes a discussion of the conceptual framework of the housing demand model as well as application of the model. At this early stage application of the model is limited to an examination of five town locations within the Bowen Basin, Queensland. The model is presented with qualification and will be subjected to ground truthing (comparison between actual and predicted values) which will result in substantial improvement of the model prior to presentation in the final report. |
