บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย	:	"...The central issue of this paper concerns a consideration of whether a role remains for administrative law review of decisions made by government business enterprises (GBEs). This issue has arisen following the examination by the Administrative Review Council (ARC) in regard to the applicability of administrative law review to government business enterprises. The discussion considers the role of judicial review, the role for the Ombudsman, and freedom of information provisions, as components of administrative law review. While administrative law review provisions exist at both state and Federal levels, this paper is limited to considering only those matters relating to the Federal sphere. State considerations, while not unimportant, are outside the scope of this paper."--p. 1.
