| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | This paper reports research which contributes to the understanding of the impact of communications technologies such as email, mailing lists, voicemail, hotline phone support, and communication via World Wide Web on the educational experience of computing students studying a university course at a distance. It focuses on the population of women students, who are marginalised in this educational situation. The specific aims of the research were to investigate the impact of the provision and use of communication technologies on the distance learner's educational experience, and to identify critical factors in successful use of communication technologies in open and distance education. |
