| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | A measure based on negative reactions to work-family practice use was developed and the factor analysis showed this separated into negativity towards work-family personal use and negativity towards work-family co-worker use. The measures were both associated negatively associated to perceived organizational support. Further, problem-focused coping strategies were explored to examine how employees cope with these influences. The indirect effects were all supported also, with positive thinking and direct action coping both buffering the negative relationships between negativity towards work-family use and perceived organizational support. Overall, employees who use problem-focused coping strategies were better able to handle the influence of negativity towards work-family practices and perceived organizational support. Implications for organizations and research are discussed. |
