The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs for Inproving English Communication Skills of Priate Vacational School Administrators. The samples were 200 persons performing duty on principals and assistant principals for academic affairs in private vocational school of Bangkok. The data gathering instruments used in this study were constructed by the researcher and approved by the chairman, the advisor and the expert in the field concerned. The instrument were the rating scales, the check lists and the open-ended questions. Percentage, mean, standard deviation and correlation coefficient were used to analyze data. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. As perceived by private vocational school administrators at moderate level in the needs for English Communication Skills and the improvement of their skills. 2. When analyzed by sex, age and education, the opinions of private vocational school administrators showed that the needs for English communication skills and the improvement of their skills were congruent.
