The main purposes of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction of Industrial Education Teachers in Secondary Schools Located in Bangkok Metropolitan. The subjects consisted of 168 Industrial Education Teachers in Secondary Schools Located in Bangkok Metropolitan. In this study the organizational climate questionnaire had adopted from Halpin and Croft (organizational climate description questionnaire-OCDQ) by Sirichai chinatangul, and the job satisfaction questionnaire had been verified by the tests for validity and reliability before data gathering. The data were collected through the use of questionnaires and were mainly analyzed through the statistical frequency percent mean standard deviation techniques of simple regression, multiple regression, and t-tests. Basically, the research found the relationships between organizational climate and job satisfaction. The conclusion of this research seemed to suggestion the following recommendation: 1) The secondary schools located in Bangkok metropolitan should be the open climate. 2) The development of team building should be conducted in regarding with the high disengagement had been found in most school.
