บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย :

The dissertation investigated here is that the development of training curriculum for strengthening school-based curriculum development capabilities among secondary school teachers. The curriculum development ran on these following steps : (1) analysing the situation

(2) stating aims and objectives

(3) selecting and organising content and learning experiences

(4) presenting guidelines of curriculum implementation and training strategies

(5) stating the procedure of assessment and evaluation

(6) determining the effectiveness of curriculum

(7) revising the curriculum before implementation. Determined the effectiveness of curriculum by comparing an experimental group with a controlled group using the Posttest-Only Congrol Group Design. The sample was randomly selected from 2 schools of secondary schools in Songkhla Province, teachers from one school was assigned as experimental group(n = 9) and another was controlled group (n = 12). Since two small independent samples were compared and the alternative hypotheses were one-tailed, then the Kolmogorov-Smirnov two-sample one-tailed test was applied to the data. The conclusion was that the training curriculum for strengthening school-based curriculum development capabilities among secondary school teachers was effective as shown by these following findings : (1) the teachers participated in training curriculum obtained scores of school-based curriculum development attitude higher than non-participated significantly at (...)= .01 (mnDm, n = 96.12)

(2) the teachers participated in training curriculum obtained scores of school-based curriculum development knowledge higher than non-participated significantly at (...)= .01 (mnDm, n = 84.24)

(3) the teachers participated in training curriculum obtained scores of school-based curriculum development skill higher than non-participated significantly at (...)= .01 (mnDm, n= 87.48).
