The objectives of this study were divided in to three Categories Firstly, it aimed to study the expectancy characteristics of student. Secondaly it aimed to study the actual characteristics of Student. Thirdly, it was to compare the actual characteristics according to the year in school and Expectancy Characteristics Criteria. Both qualitative and quatitative methods which had been collected data by Content Analysis of document and interview education experts and questionnaire parents and tests students were used for the investigation. Analysis data were Analytical Description by using description and Z - test and t- test. The findings of this research revealed that : 1. Expectancy characteristics of student found that :1.1 Education experts and parents and curriculum expected Characteristics of 9 years student in school different from 6 years student.1.2 The Education of The project of Expanding Basic Education or General Education Department was the same target.1.3 The Expectancy characteristics of student for basic of life were Critical Thinking, Curiosity, Attitude to Preservative Environment, Adjustment, Ability in Problem-Solving, Basic Knowledtge in Career, Self-discipline and assistance.1.4 The Percent of the Expectancy Characteristics Criteria from document, Education experts, parents and curriculum were 80, 100, 69.34 and 50. 2. Self-disciplin Which was highest mean the percentage was 78.87. The Second Order and Other Which were Attitude to Preservative Environment, assistance, Curiosity, Adjustment, Ability in Problem-Solving, Basic Knowledge in Career and Critical Thinking were 78.69, 78.00, 76.33, 72.78, 95.59, 54.48 and 54.38. 3. Actual Characteristics from testing hypothesis found that :3.1 All Characteristics which except Self-disciplin were Significantly Lower than Expectation Characteristics Criteria from document at .01 level and .05 level.3.2 All Characteristics were Significantly Lower than Expectancy Characteristics Criteria from Education expert at .01 level and .05 level.3.3 Characteristics were Significantly Lower than Expectancy Characteristics Criteria from parent at .01 level which were Critical Thinking, Ability in Problem - Solving and Basic Knowledge in Career.3.4 No Characteristics was Significantly Lower than Expectancy Characteristics Criteria from Curriculum.3.5 All Characteristics which except Adjustment and Self- discipline of the student Who learned 9 years were Significantly higher than the student Who learned 6 years.
