| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The purpose of this experiment is to find out that, can the lead in Printing-ink on newspaper contaminate to fried bananas which were placed on those newspaper. In the study six factors were involved, they were hot and cold bananas, color tone picture and half tone literature black and white newspaper and fifteen and thirty minutes of contact times. Therefore 2X2X2 Factorial Experiment were designed. Ten replications were used in each experimental condition. The control fried bananas were placed on glass dish. Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer was used to detect the lead contamination. It was found that every testing sample had lead contamination higher than control significantly difference (p < 0.001). The contact times and temperatures of fried banana had significantly difference while the kinds of newspaper had no significantly difference. |
