The purposes of this research were to find out whether there were relevant variables corelated to the responsibility of Tumbon health workers on health informations in Lampang Province. The questionnaires about health informations were developed by the researchers, and were administered to 289 health workers in Lampang Province. Two hundred and forty-six questionnaires were obtained as good ones and were analized by factor analysis technique (varimax method). General informations data were analized by percentage and means as regards in knowledge content. The findings are as follows: The health workers health knowledge was between the middle level and low level (53.33%). Nine groups of relevant variables about the responsibility of health workers were found to be as follows: (1) having more income and more welfares will afford them to buy things needed for their living and make them more convenient in doing their job, (2) residency of the workers and their offices will help them work more efficiently and will gain better cooperation from the people in the area, (3) complicated reports and very detailed ones will waste more time and cause more mistakes, (4) existing number of health workers is too small to handle great amount of task assigned, (5) providing proper supervision will assist the workers to be more knowledgeable and understandable about subuect content in their field of work, and these can be applied more suitably for their responsibility, (6) utilizing of various data appropriately would help motivate the health workers pay more intersting to the data, (7) the support of the boss such as fair promotion, provision of observable study tours and to facilitate appropriate transportation will help the workers perform their work more capable, (8) providing enough instrument for communication will help save time and less efforts spend by the workers, leading to have more achievement for the task assigned, and (9) to be more knowledgeable of the work will assist the worker to be sore capable. The researcher recommends that the measure to help promote more technical-know-how about health informations should be used. Mor incentives and appropriate motivation as well as adding more health worker to a full staffing pattern of the health centers should be done as soon as possible. Improving of report forms in term of style, content, and value is also highly recommended. The study to find out what factors affecting the rural peoples health and make them become ill is also very essential for community development.
