The purposes of this research were to studyresearch procedures and utilization of elementaryschool teachers by using a survey and case studies.There were two steps in the study. There were a surveyof 230 samples and a study of 4.teachers. Finding: (1) The research procedure started from problemsof classroom teaching and learning, and the lack ofstudents readiness. The teachers selected researchproblems that applied to their teaching. The researchtopics varied from a development of a teaching methodor media, a study of student achievement. A case study,a study of behavior modification, and a study ofcurriculum development. Most of the researchinstruments were developed by the teacher with theassistance of the experts. The students in the teachersclasses were the samples of the study. The analysiscovered content and statistical analysis. (2) The teachers used the research results todevelopment instructions for student and to developetheir professional skills.
