บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย :

The objective of this thesis is to study thehousing demand, housing situation in the present time,factors that effect to housing selection andrecommendation to support housing welfare in the futuretime for secondary school teachers in the inner area ofBangkok Metropolis. 314 sample sizes are secondary school teachers inboth of government and private sector which are memberof Ministry of Education. Questionnaire is used to datacollection according to the population sizes in eachschool. There are 90 schools in 14 areas of the innerarea of Bangkok Metropolis. The finding from the survey shows that the mostpopular housing style is single house. The second istownhouse and the next is dormitory, row house andcondominium. Single house's size is about 1-50 sq.wah.Most of teachers own their houses, the next is rentaland live with their parents. Convenience to travel to school is the firstfactor that effect to housing selection. The next isenvironment and safety. The study also shows that the majority who wantto buy a new house is 35-39 years old. Single house isthe most popular. The next is townhouse andcondominium. Regarding the budget for a house, singlehouse's price should not higher than three millionbaht, townhouse's price should not higher than twomillion baht and condominium's price should not higherthan one million baht. The inner area of BangkokMetropolis is the most popular area. Half of samplinggroup want to buy from private sector's project. Theothers want to build a new house, buy from NHA'sproject and rent. Considering the factors that effectto housing demand, better quality, style and benefit ofhouse is the first criteria of government teachers andconvenience to travel to school is the first criteriaof private teachers. Most of sample sizes consider thelength from home to school by choosing to buy a housewhich is near the school first. Moreover, sample sizeswant to live near school and would like Ministry ofEducation or concerned department provides rentalbuilding which locate in the inner area of BangkokMetropolis or dormitory which locate within school onorder to help teacher who is not own house.
