| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The salp Thalia democratica was found to feed on Chaetoceros sp. continuously during the entire experimental period of 24 hours. The rate of consumption (0.09-0.16% animal sup(-1) h sup(-1)), however, did not differ significantly. Faecal output also followed a similar trend (0.073-0.098% animal sup(-1) h sup(-1)). Food concentration, thus, did not influence the grazing rate of this species |
