| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Kultur kulat penghasil tanase yang dicamkan sebagai Aspergillus niger FETL FT3 telah dipencilkan dari tempatan daripada ekstrak tanin terhidrolisis kulit kayu bakau Rhizophora apiculata. Keupayaan kultur kulat tersebut untuk meningkatkan penghasilan tanase ekstrasel telah ditambahbaikan dalam sistem fermentasi kultur tenggelam (SmF). A tannase-producing fungal culture identified as Aspergillus niger FETL FT3 was isolated locally from hydrolysed tannin extract of Rhizophora apiculata barks. The potential of the fungal culture for enhanced extracellular production of tannase was improved in submerged fermentation (SmF) system. |
