| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Samples were collected from various dragon fruit farms in Peninsular Malaysia such as in Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Selangor, Pahang. Negeri Sembilan and Johor. Isolation of Col/etotrichum isolates was conducted using direct isolation and surface sterilization methods. For identification of Colletotn'chum spp., morphological characters such as colony morphology, growth rate, shapes and sizes of conidia, presence or absence of setae and sclerotia and also appresorium shapes and sizes were used to sort the isolates into smaller groups. |
