| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | In this study, fructophilic lactic acid bacteria (LAB) was isolated from tempoyak (fermented durian). The scope of the project was expanded to the isolation of LAB from other natural sources, which includes cracked durian, soursop and several types of fresh flower. Results showed that the predominant LAB isolated from tempoyak were Fructobacillus durionis and Lactobacillus plantarum. Antibiotic resistance profile of F. durionis and L. plantarum isolates showed that almost all of the isolates were multidrug resistant (resistant to more than 3 classes of antibiotics, MAR index for F. durionis = 0.33 and L. plantarum = 0.53). |
