The independent study in this topic is Evaluation of Personal Record Registration Information System Utilization, Chiangmai Rajabhat University using Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM2). The scope of study refers to understanding user behaviors and usage levels, user satisfactions and problems in system usage of 3 user groups. The first one is a group of 3 executives, the method used for collecting data from this group is interviewing. The second group has 26 personnel related to human resources management in various departments and the third group has 166 academic personnel and 135 support personnel, collecting data by sampling and questionnaires. There are 4 factors in evaluating system utilization using TAM2. 1) External variables, 44.6% of personnel in academic section whose experiences in using the system less than 1 year, has more interested and perceived usefulness than the other groups. The group of personnel in various departments has less interested and perceived of usefulness due to their positions and duties. 2) Perceived usefulness, this factor is the most accepted by personnel in various departments at 4.24%. This group has more perceived usefulness than the other groups due to using system regularly. 3) Perceived ease of use, the most accepted by personnel in various departments at 4.36% due to their using system regularly, same as the result from previous factor. 4) Attitude toward using, observation in overall user satisfactions, 61.5% of personnel in various departments has satisfaction at a high level due to their duties and using system regularly. The group of personnel in academic section and supporters uses the system only in some parts lead to low satisfaction.
