บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย	:	The syntheses of porous Si and porous GaP by laser-induced etching and GaN by Ptassisted electroless chemical etching have been prepared. The surface morphology and optical properties of these samples are investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Raman spectroscopy is used to measures the vibrational (phonon) energies of molecules. Phonons in the samples are absorbed or emitted another phonon of the different frequency by the laser light, resulting the different in the energy or the incident scattering phonon is characteristic of the lattice mode and contains important information about the semiconductor.
