| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | This conceptual paper reviews extant literature on leadership and societal culture within the sub-Saharan Africa context. Based on the literature review, the paper argues that societal culture is an important moderator of the impact of leadership on organisational effectiveness. Furthermore, the paper proposes a conceptual framework useful in explaining the interplay between leadership, societal culture and organisational effectiveness. Finally, the paper outlines some steps to advance leadership theory in Sub-Saharan Africa. |
